If it becomes that much of a problem then trimming your cats claws every other month is also an option so make sure to purchase a high-quality cat nail clipper from a pet store. Never go for declawing as that can be extremely harmful and have very negative lifelong effects on your pet. Make sure to be extremely gentle when it comes to trimming.
