People know Marilyn Kroc Barg as the daughter of Ray Kroc, the man who built McDonald’s into a world fast-food empire. She was a kind and generous person. There was a lot more to Marilyn’s life than her famous family link, though. Through her hard work in charity, especially by helping to start Ronald McDonald House Charities, an organization that helps families with seriously ill children and gives them a place to live, she left a lasting mark.
